You can sign almost all types of files and documents: PDF, Word, Excel, XML, image, video, etc.

It’s very easy! An account can be set up by following a few simple steps.

First, you will receive an email with a link to start the registration process. By clicking on the link, the web browser will open the initial page for creating an account on the Cloud ID portal. By selecting the “Start” button, the portal will guide you through the process of setting up an account, password and mobile application in five steps.

Download the mobile application. 

After scanning the QR code that will appear on the screen of your mobile application, an OTP code you need to enter on the website will show up. 

Next, you will see a screen where you are required to create a password you will use when logging in to the portal. After entering the password for the first time, it’s necessary to repeat the password to avoid errors when setting the password.

After you have successfully entered your password, the option “Activate account” will appear on your mobile phone. By clicking on this option, your account becomes active. 

Yes, you do. The Cloud ID mobile application represents the second user authentication factor.

Yes, you do. You need to authorize every transaction (signing, timestamping, verification) with a push notification.

Of course! You can sign a document for personal use, as a natural person, as well as for business use, as an employee or a representative of a company, you just need to open a business account.

Different user profiles allow the user to use all the services of the Cloud ID platform on their own behalf or as an agent or employee within a company. For example, the user can sign a new contract with a cable operator (as a natural person) as well as the payslip (as an employee in the financial sector within the company), without the need to create two different accounts in the Cloud ID system.

  • Lite – to access the system, all you have to do is enter your email address and password. In this case, you will have access to a limited set of functionalities, e.g., you will be able to verify a document, but not to sign it.

  • Very secure – this option is automatically selected and recommended when accessing the account. In this case, after entering your email and password, you need to approve the login via the Cloud ID application on your mobile phone. When you log in via this option, you will receive a message in the form of a notification on the Cloud ID application that you need to approve in order to access the system. By selecting the Very secure option when accessing the account, you will have access to all the functionalities of the platform.

  • Very secure – after entering your email and password, this option also requires entering an OTP code that you can find on your Cloud ID mobile application. Logging in via this option gives you access to all functionalities.

  • Super secure – if you have a card certificate, you can access the Cloud ID portal using your certificate on the card. In this case, you will have access to all functionalities.

It’s not a problem! If you’ve forgotten your password, after clicking the “Forgot your password?” button you will receive information on how to reset your credentials.

No, you won’t. Neither deleting the application, nor deactivating the device will remove the data from your profile. When you reinstall the application and enter your PIN code, you’ll see your history of signed documents again. Only if you deactivate your profile, your data will no longer be available. However, for security reasons, if you delete the application from your mobile phone, you will need to set up your account again (using an OTP code and password reset).

Nothing to worry about. To activate the application, there are security guards, such as PIN codes, one needs to pass before accessing your account and signing off e-signatures. You can always contact us and we’ll make sure your profile becomes limited and your issued certificates stopped.
